Nobody cares about locked gates impeding them in completing the game. The complaint are about the incapability to explore freely and feel like the world is open rather than a linear plot. That and the loss of time from exploring and realizing you can't proceed is what causes the problem with the locked gates.

Well isn't that great. Unfortunately you comprise less than 1 millionth of the total population, and I gather quite a large amount of it is not very pleased with you imposing your attitude as if you're 'better'. As an online rpg, people tend to like to explore around a quest, and Factions doesn't leave that as much of an option.

I can't see why you'd post this. Maybe you thought people would fall to their knees and worship you. Maybe you though being vague made you look mysterious and cool. What it does is make you look silly.

I came off on a vague start, and did so with a flawed idea as to WHY people were complaining about it.
But now everyone is simply hopping the bandwagon and trying to capitalize on those mistakes and so there's no chance for apologies.

I applaud you all for being good backslappers.

In any case I can sort of see why you would be upset about the subject, though I still cannot see why it needs to be complained about so often and loudly.
